LAL-LO, Cagayan: Taking advantage of the growing popularity of the Cagayan Economic Zone Authority (Ceza) among travelers, homegrown Royal Air Philippines expanded its operations in Northern Cagayan by adding regular flights with an inaugural direct flight last Sunday at the Lal-lo Airport in Barangay Dagupan. Undersecretary and Ceza Senior Deputy Administrator Raymundo Roquero and Mayor Oliver Pascual led other local government officials in welcoming the local airline with ceremonial water canon salute on the aircraft. The inaugural flight included commercial international flights from Lal-lo to Macau and vice versa, and domestic flights from Clark to Lal-lo and vice versa. “With this, the Lal-lo Airport will serve as another gateway to the North particularly Ceza for tourism and leisure, business, investments and promotions,” Roquero said.
