On July 8 and 9, 2021, CEZA A/CEO Sec. Raul L. Lambino, together with Santa Ana Mayor Nelson P. Robinion, Cong. Joseph ‘Jojo’ Lara of 3rd District Cagayan,
CEZA Board of Director Joseph D. Lara II, Cong. Alfredo B. Benitez, a group of investors led by Mr. Ramon Garcia Jr. and CEZA Engineers and officials,
conducted site inspections on the on-going development projects in the Cagayan Economic Zone and Freeport at Santa Ana, Cagayan.
Sec. Lambino inspected the Port Irene development projects namely:
Construction of Warehouses and Offices, Roads and Bridges, Port Irene
Retrofitting and Rehabilitation, and Port Irene Facility improvement.
He also checked the on-going projects in Port San Vicente Causeway and Wharf, construction of CEZA Corporate and Commercial Centers, CEZA Global City, Smart City, and Alpha Palawig Mixed Used Development
projects.
The Secretary also led the CEZA officials and employees during the blessing of the newly-acquired vehicles to include: Ambulance, Fire truck, Low-bed truck, Garbage compactor and Pick-up.
Lambino, who is concurrently the Presidential Adviser for Northern Luzon, also conducted aerial inspections to the on-going construction of CEZA Sanitary Landfill and the CEZA 3-hole Golf Course and Driving Range.
Sec. Lambino in his inspirational message thanked all the officers and personnel of CEZA for their untiring efforts, teamwork and cooperation to achieve all the developments and transformations that they envisioned for CEZA.
The projects are targeted to be inaugurated in September 2021 by no less than President Rodrigo Duterte.
