As part of the efforts of the Cagayan Economic Zone Authority (CEZA) to promote efficient, transparent and seamless processing of applications,
ALL INTERESTED INVESTORS of CEZA are advised to conform with the following processes:
1. Submission of a Letter of Intent (LOI) addressed to the Administrator and Chief Executive Officer (ACEO) through:
a) Records Section located at CEZA Sta. Ana Office or b) CEZA’s official e-mail address at [email protected]
All LOIs must include the following information:
a) Project proposal or brief description of the proposed project/ investment;
b) Company profile and corporate officers of the entity;
c) Joint Venture Agreement or business partnerships (if applicable);
d) Contact information of the authorized representative in the Philippines who is knowledgeable of the proposed investment
(email address and contact no/s; and
e) Letter of authority, Special Power of Authority, Secretary’s Certificate issued by the potential investor in favor of the representative.
2. The Office of the ACEO may contact the potential investor to submit further information on the proposal whenever the same is deemed necessary.
3. Presentation on the proposal to the ACEO.
During the presentation. the following information must be included:
a) Project history and description;
b) Investment strategy and forecasted revenue;
c) Project budget breakdown (cost estimates for different aspects/phase)
d) Requirements for the following:
e) Relevant regulatory licenses for the project (if applicable)
The public is also advised to transact only with duly authorized CEZA personnel to ensure protection from fraudsters and “fixers”.
