RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT TRAINING SERIES PART II

TO FUTURE AND BEYOND | As part of its efforts to strengthen the Research and Development (R&D), the Cagayan Economic Zone Authority (CEZA) has successfully conducted its R&D Training Series | Part II at the CEZA Tuguegarao Office from August 15 to 17, 2022. The training was part of CEZA’s commitment to establishing data-driven decision-making by transforming research results into Policies and Guidelines for long-term plans and strengthening the features of existing processes/services to thrive in competitive markets.

The 3-day Research and Development technical training was facilitated by Dr. Julius T. Capili, the Director for Research and Graduate School Dean of the Cagayan State University, and the Executive Director of the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) – Cagayan Valley Health Research Development Consortium, who discussed developmental issues and policy gaps to policy-making and implementation of practices, identified the priority areas to improve CEZA operations and elaborated the fundamentals of research.

Participated by CEZA Officers and Employees, the training culminated through research proposal presentations to establish CEZA’s Corporate Research Agenda for 2023-2025.
