THE CAGAYAN ECONOMIC ZONE AUTHORITY (CEZA) IS MAKING A SIGNIFICANT IMPACT AT THE SIGMA ASIA 2024 AT SMX, PASAY CITY

As one of the main exhibitors, CEZA is gaining the interest of various operators, platform service providers, suppliers and industry stakeholders from the gaming and fintech industries with its simple yet dynamic booth manned by its confident and informative representatives.

“Our efforts to extensively promote the growth of the online gaming and fintech industries will truly make substantial contributions in increasing our capital investments, direct and indirect income for CEZA, and employment generation in the Cagayan Valley Region and its neighboring towns,” Secretary Katrina Ponce Enrile, CEZA Administrator and Chief Executive Officer stated.

CEZA is the first online gaming jurisdiction in Asia that is acknowledged by the Philippines’ Anti- Money Laundering Council as an entity that can undertake prudential regulation of internet-based casino operations in the country. CEZA is also the first economic zone in Asia to regulate, license and propagate offshore fintech solutions enterprises and offshore virtual currency exchanges.

CEZA will continue to showcase its gaming and fintech capabilities to attract investors and locators at Sigma Asia 2024 until today, June 5.
