Sec. Katrina Ponce Enrile, Administrator and Chief Executive Officer of the Cagayan Economic Zone Authority (CEZA), emphasizes the importance of synergy in creating impactful and inclusive development. Guided by this principle, her recent efforts have focused on extensive stakeholder consultation and engagement.
“As we carry out CEZA’s mandate, we take seriously the idea that no one should be left behind. This means implementing interventions that are not only broad but also tailored to specific sectors and even individuals. More importantly, we collaborate with other government agencies, the private sector, NGOs, and potential foreign partners to amplify our impact,” she stated.
“No matter how well-intentioned our plans for the Cagayan Freeport and its neighboring towns are, we recognize the strategic value of aligning our goals with others. Stakeholder consultation and engagement make this possible,” Sec. Enrile added.
