The Cagayan Economic Zone Authority (CEZA) is proud to say that the construction of major infrastructure projects within the 54,000 hectare Cagayan Special economic Zone and Freeport (CSEZFP) is proceeding right on schedule amidst strict quarantine protocols on the rest of Luzon that started in mid- March 2020.
According to Secretary Raul L. Lambino, the agency’s growth targets and priorities for the Freeport and ecozone have envisioned the development of the Northern Philippines as a full serviced, industrial, agro-industrial, comercial and tourism center.
